The philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam or the World is one family underlines the basic bond of humanity that exists among people. We have tried to  internalize this philosophy through our residential project of the same name. We want to drive home the point that there lies a basic unity among people irrespective of the divisions brought about by religion, caste, creed, ethnicity, location etc. Our apartment seeks to create a new way of living or lifestyle that focuses more on community bonding and development, and not just the infrastructure.

Our residential project roots for the ‘simplification of life’. It helps residents to focus on their careers, hobbies, families, and health instead of getting bogged down by the stress of modern living. To achieve this objective, we have set up a centralized community kitchen with separate sections for vegetarians and non vegetarians. The kitchen, a non-profit venture, will be maintained by the owners’ managing committee where the actual spending will be shared on a monthly basis.

The kitchen will cater to scenarios like packing food for children as well as preparing food during festivals, fasting, and rituals in an organic and healthy way. The kitchen will source its food (vegetables, milk, and grain) directly from the e Farmers. Also, there will be a centralized laundry delivering on-demand services like washing, dry cleaning, and ironing. This non-profit service would be run by our in-house staff only. To keep the premises clean, there will be a centralized housekeeping offering services like sweeping, moping, dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning, car cleaning, and garden maintenance. It will also have provision for electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc.

The security aspect is dealt with stringently with provisions for an electronic based access control system, authentication and surveillance, and a security cabin to monitor surveillance feeds among others. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam will have childcare facilities, centralized car/bike parking space, gymnasium, kids park, indoor games arena, and a community theatre.
